Return & Refund Policy

  • The Elite Lifestyle provides a free 14 days return / exchange policy to all its Buyers provided you meet the following conditions:
  • The request for return, refund, or exchange should be made within 14 days from the receipt of goods from us by logging into their account or by calling Buyer care no. +91-8130789851 or by mailing us at Buyercare@purevision.in
  • The product should be returned in its original packing along with the invoice and other naming and price tags. 
  • That if the request for return or exchange is not made within such 14 days period as stated above then no such requests for return or exchange shall be entertained whatsoever. 
  • For the sake abundant clarity it is clarified that Elite Lifestyle shall not make any refund of a product that is ineligible for a refund based on verification and assessment of our QC team. 
  • After receiving the product back our Quality Check (QC) team will verify the product that it's not been used and is in its original condition, in case if the product is found used or damaged or accessories missing, Elite Lifestyle has the right to deny any type of refund to the Buyer. 
  • No return will be accepted if wrong prescription powers are entered at the time of order placement. 
  • The Buyer has to make sure that the return package is properly sealed and sent to Elite Lifestyle’s registered address, in case of any damage in transit, such damage will be the Buyer's responsibility, and will cease the applicable policy. 
  • Contact lenses will only be refunded if they are in their original sealed packaging (lenses inside the box should be sealed), and all other accessories, documents must be intact. 
  • The return, refund, or exchange process will be started only after we have received the product in the proper intact (as-delivered) condition. 
  • The Elite Lifestyle shall not repair or replace any product if (i) it has not received the defective product back from user or (ii) if the defect was caused by misuse or mistreatment of the product by the user. 
  • Against the return, the Buyer could either get a refund in cash (orginal source) or in Elite Lifestyle wallet (wallet can be used to make another purchase from Elite Lifestyle website).  
  • That sometimes banks (and financial intermediaries) take a longer time to process the refund, however Elite Lifestyle shall not be responsible for such delay. In such a scenario the buyer may call us and we will be pleased to help you. 
  • The refund process takes about 10-15 working days. 
  • If any unethical practice is observed from users such as bulk ordering and returning the same, Elite Lifestyle deserves the right to deny the return. 
  • Make sure you go through entire Terms and conditions before initiating return / refund of any product. In case you’ve availed any offer while placing your order, make sure you go through the entire Terms & Conditions of the specific offer before initiating a return / refund request. 
  • In case a user has placed multiple / bulk orders and eventually tries to return / refund the same; then in such circumstance, Elite Lifestyle reserves the right to charge a substantial return / refund fee (which could also be entire order amount) from the user if similar charges are also borne by Elite Lifestyle.
  • In case of seasonal and / or festive and / or anniversary offers (or sales), the return / refund / exchange policy would be determined on basis of specific rules, policies, terms and fore conditions as mentioned on the website time to time.
