Cancellation Policy

 

  1. Buyers can cancel their orders by calling us on Buyer care no +91-8130789851 or by mailing us at Buyercare@purevision.in or by logging into their account.
  2. In case buyer desires to cancel any order then it shall be done prior to dispatch of such order. Once the products are dispatched from our warehouse cancellation would not be allowed.
  3. Partial cancellation is not allowed. No refunds will be made in case of partial order cancellation.
  4. In case you’ve availed any offer while placing your order, make sure you go through the entire Terms & Conditions of the specific offer before initiating a cancellation request.
  5. In case of seasonal and / or festive and / or anniversary offers (or sales), the cancellation policy would be determined on basis of specific rules, policies, terms and conditions as mentioned on the website time to time.
  6. In case a user has placed multiple / bulk orders and eventually tries to cancel the same; then in such circumstance, Elite Lifestyle reserves the right to charge a substantial cancellation fee (which could also be entire order amount) from the user if similar charges are also borne by Elite Lifestyle.
